• You may claim your ticket at the RWM Tour Counter (1^st Floor of the Newport Mall).  Claiming of The Sound of Music ticket starts at 2PM.
• Upon arrival at the RWM Tour Counter, please present the following documents:
  • Printed voucher
  • Valid ID
  • In case you are not the credit card holder, copy of Credit Card used, valid ID of the card holder and Letter from the card holder authorizing the use of credit card or a letter that will establish the relationship of purchaser and the cardholder.
